Call the RSPCA!

Here's Joey chasing some birds for lunch at Pebbly Beach, near Bateman's Bay along the New South Wales coast ... went there with a classmate and his wife sometime last month.

He wanted to like catch the birds, whether to eat them or not I really don't know. Perhaps that's something that I've taught him to do hahahah. He's got a similar thing going with dogs too ... today he wanted to pat some humongous Alsatian who was leashed to a barrister at a McDonalds. But let's not go there...

Joey's growing up fine, speaking more. Just now, for
example, he took a photograph holder from my table and asked 'what is this, ha?' hahahaha. I think my mother and mum-in-law would be quite happy wif that, particularly the Singlish bit!!! When we put him to bed at night, he'd always play hard to get with me when I say 'kiss Daddy?', but most times he'd grab the back of my neck, so I'd be closer for him to smack (awwwwwww!). Today, I even caught him hugging a blonde girl friend of his (when in the past, he'd go 'eeeeee' when she hugged
him).

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......

Compare: Char Siew Pau to Chicken Pie!!!

Went to this great place at Kangaroo Valley, a nice country town about 2.5 hours from Canberra. Was a short break to get out of Canberra - and also a substitute for our planned (but failed) trip to New Zealand over the Easter Week.

GREAT chicken and veggie pie! Doesn't quite qualify for 'World's Best', but close. Really nice and mushy filing and not-too-hard crust. Ate it in a quaint little garden, enjoying the the of the hills surrouding the valley and the verdant green plains ... Life could not have gotten any better than that (unless one could their hands on some CHAR SIEW PAU!!!!)
